Description
I received this recipe from a coworker and modified it to use sugar free ingredients. You'll never know it's sugar free when you taste it!

| Ingredients |
- Crust
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- Filling
- 2 packages (1.4 oz) Instant Jello-O White Chocolate sugar-free, fat-free pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- Topping
- 1 package (1.4 oz) Instant Jello-O Chocolate Fudge sugar-free, fat-free pudding
- 1 1/4 cups milk

No prior preparation is required.

| Instructions |
- Crust Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Over low heat, mix together boiling water, salt, butter and flour until smooth. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes. Turn off heat and leave crust in oven for 45 minutes before removing to cool completely.
- Filling
- Mix packages of white chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread evenly into crust.
- Topping
- Mix package of chocolate fudge pudding with 1 1/4 cups milk. Spread over white chocolate layer.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving.
