Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Over low heat, mix together boiling water, salt, butter and flour until smooth. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes. Turn off heat and leave crust in oven for 45 minutes before removing to cool completely.
Filling
Mix packages of white chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread evenly into crust.
Topping
Mix package of chocolate fudge pudding with 1 1/4 cups milk. Spread over white chocolate layer.
I use twinkies for the bottom crust. just slice them in half the long way top to bottom
then put the cream side up in a cake pan. then put your filling on top. it's a short cut.
plus no baking....
Somewhere I have a recipe for eclairs, but you make this with grahm crackers as the base and top, pudding, and chocolate and refrigerate 24 hours before serving....wish I could locate that!
