There is an art to cutting the cheese correctly. Always be sure to smell it after cutting it to make sure it is of good quality.

The longer the cheese ages, the more dangerous it can be to the nose after you cut it.

Hm, I'm sure this isn't what you meant but Baumgartner's, opened in 1931, is Wisconsin's oldest cheese store. Does that count?
