Why does Sea World have a sea food restaurant?

In Appleton a few years ago, a local pet store was closed. In the parking lot was a refrigerated truck with a huge sign " Sea Food Sale"
I stopped to see what the cost per pound was for guppies.

No worries though, it wasn't a bottlenose dolphin. The kind you eat is like a tuna. Also called mahi mahi.
