Another thing that can help reduce static buildup is using fabric softener in your laundry....and now that I think about it, using conditioner in your hair reduces static, too. Skin lotions too....and getting enough liquids in your diet also helps.
No, Brain, this is not an endorsement for drinking and driving!

Wow! Can I tell people that I made a Macaw laugh? I wish I could have heard that.
Hey Macaw, check this out:
A duck walks into a pet store and asks the clerk "got any duck food?"
Clerk: "No, sorry. We got dog food, cat food, horse food, and rabbit food, but no duck food"
The duck replies "OK" and waddles away. The next day the same duck waddles into the same store and asks "got any duck food?"
Clerk: " NO. I told you yesterday; we have no duck food!"
The duck cheerfully says "OK" and waddles away.
The next day, he comes back in and asks the same clerk the same question; "got any duck food?"
Now the clerk is mad. He bellows back "No, dammit! No duck food! And if you come in here and ask me one more time, I'm gonna nail your webbed feet to the floor!
The duck just cheerfully replies "OK" and waddles out.
Now, the next day, that duck waddles cheerfully in, and the clerk is glaring at him. The duck asks, in his usual cheerful tone, "got any nails?"
The clerk is thrown off by this, and just says "no"
The duck quacks back: "got any duck food?"

Yeah I should have shot it. I kep thinking that as the numbers were adding up. It went in to have the valve cover gaskets fixed cuz they've been leaking oil for about 6 months...I just kept ignoring it. I also kept ignoring this "noise" coming from from passenger front wheel area.
And I said as long as you have the van can you change the wipers for me, and see if you can figure out why the steering is so poor.
This breaking lead to that breaking and that breaking led to stress on this and making those break and as long as it's ripped apart and we know this is bad it should be fixed if you are fixing everything else. OMG
Well it drives nice now.....it better.....
