I just did a quick test in VB because I could not remeber but setting a variable as an integer, I see anything from 0.6 to 0.9 = 1 anything less than 0.6 = 0 Now I did not try 0.599999999 but that degree of accuracy was not questioned. Some Automobile dealers use this concept to advertise 0% interest. Now there is a trusted group for ya.
