We're blessed with a couple of new developers with a lot of motivation at OnYourMark (the publishers of theBubbler.com).

One of them whipped up WisDates.com

We're interested in ideas - for content, automation, monetization, etc.

You might want to look at the free OSDate from Darren's Script Archive - chatrooms, image galleries, applets, advanced php/mysql systems, website scripts, flash xml, ajax chat.. osDate dating and matchmaking script fully integrates with major bulletin boards (phpBB, vBulletin, etc.) and FlashChat, and provides several payment modules, multiple skins, and free upgrades.
