I am self promoting Kompass through this introduction.
In 2006, I relocated my family to the Milwaukee area from the Chicago NW suburbs upon accepting a position as Director, U.S. Human Resources. After three years in this position and a combined fifteen (15) years of building, transforming and executing human resource operations, management and service delivery in Fortune 200 companies I decided to hang my own shingle, Kompass Performance Partners.
Kompass provides human resource consulting services to Southeast Wisconsin and Chicagoland markets. Our solutions improve productivity and effectiveness of people, processes and systems which accelerate the goals of the business.
