A suspected drunken driver was charged with sexual assault after allegedly fondling a female police officer who was preparing an alcohol breath test for him at a Madison police station.

John G. Gillich, 57, of Madison, was seated without handcuffs on a bench at the North Police District, 2033 Londonderry Drive, early Saturday when he allegedly lunged toward the officer and grabbed her buttocks, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday.

It says she was preparing an alcohol breath test, doesn't say he was drunk or arrested for drunk driving, just for sexual assault on the police woman... He had to either be drunk or just plain stupid to grab a cop like that & not think of the consequences lol
