This might be worth while to visit Milwaukee, just for this. Very innovative. Of the new 'menu' items mentioned, this one intrigues me most.

I like deep fried cheese, that might be the "Wisconsin" in me. The food item was invented in Texas, but perfected in Wisconsin. It took the Texans a couple years to create it, and Wisconsin folk about a half day to perfect it.

Deep Fried Milk....hmmmm, maybe next year.

There's always room for bacon. Put some beer in there. Not so sure about the chocolate part.

Well guessing the beer taste would be more or less out of it. Thinking of beer batter fish etc. that's all really good.
