Never made it unless you count something out of a box, but I'm thinking that doesn't count. LOL
Yeah, some things are hard to get just like a restaurant. Maybe you need to find a youtube video if there is something special they are doing different.
I've had sizzling rice at a Chinese restaurant. That's different and kind of fun to have it come out all crackling away. The leftovers won't taste the same the next day, but still fun to eat and have everyone look at your meal as the waitress brings it to the table. Kind of like when someone orders fajitas and the whole place can hear it coming to the table.
