Sweet Potato Soda Bread

I just made this wonderful bread and am posting the link to this recipe. It was moist and delicious. Not only does it have sweet potatoes, but it also has 2 kinds of cheese and thyme. The recipe calls for feta and any aged cheese like aged gouda, sharp cheddar or parmesan. I used blue cheese and sharp cheddar. Really whatever cheese you'd like.

I also cheated and didn't use fresh thyme because I didn't even see it at the store. I used dried thyme which means you need to reduce the amount by quite a bit. Fresh thyme is 4 Tbl and I used 1-2 tsp for the dry amount.

I'm too lazy. If you look at how the directions are posted between pictures, I'd be copying and pasting 20 times. Plus there's a lot of talking about the recipe mixed in with the actual directions. That's why I prefer blogs that talk about the recipe first than post the recipe at the end where I can easily print out the important part.

Besides, don't the pictures look beautiful? Ha, if I copy and pasted it, you would miss out on the visuals.

Alot of people "Eat with their eyes". Foods must at least look edible.
