I'm not sure if this is a new episode, but it was new to me. I saw Bobby Flay's Throwdown show where he challenges another cook to a cook-off and he challenged The Elegant Farmer to see who had the best apple pie. The Elegant Farmer in Mukwonago is known for their pies baked in a brown paper bag. They sell 10,000 pies around Thanksgiving.
One thing I found interesting about the pies is that Elegant Farmer uses a regular pie crust for the bottom crust and a cookie dough-like crust for the top.
