One of my favorite shows on cable used to be Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern (Travel Channel) where one man's dinner was another man's fish bait (or worse).
I'm usually up for trying new things but have to say sushi is probably the most "bizarre" I'll get tho I did have a tin of whale meat once years ago.
What's the oddest or most bizarre thing you've ever eaten or prepared?
There's an old can of Kangaroo Tail Soup at a flea market here that I keep wanting to buy just for grins.. used to have an old can of Lion Meat that I picked up somewhere years ago.

The strangest thing I ever tried...and it was so gross...was sea cucumber. It was so rubbery and slimey. It really didn't have much flavor.

"Fez, Morocco"
New, 6/28/2011, Travel, Cooking
Andrew travels to Marrakech, Morocco, and eats at a large outdoor market, a smaller market, a local restaurant and a fish auction; Andrew consumes exotic foods, including calf's tongue, cow's heart, pancreas, rotten meat, stingray and calf's brains.
I guess some folks will eat anything that is still walking, flying or swimming around. I'll stick to that which is here for me to eat, not anything that jump on my plate. Freaky dude, that Andrew Zimmerman is.
