When barbecuing, remember to be careful of cross contamination. Always use a clean container for the raw product, and another clean container for the finished (cooked) product. Use separate utensils for raw, and cooked product, as well.

Great stuff to be mindful of, MrKhay.

I believe the veggies and stuff need to be separate from the containers and utensils and preparation surfaces used for meat, too.

Well Labor Day is Monday and I"m sure it's one of the biggest days for grilling out. I can smell it already!

So, what is everyone going to grill this weekend?

I'm hoping for a nice thick juicy steak! And a brat on the side. (I can't ever eat it all but save some of it for the next day)! yummmmy

Oh, and MrKhay....my hubby loves his steak smothered in mushrooms.

No grilling out for me today. Lots of dogs. That would drive them crazy!!

I have no plans other then pet sitting...........my mountain dew and a bag of chips!

There's times when I fall asleep with a pop can in my hand and wake up and find I never spilled a drop! lol But never Mountain Dew.

I especially like Coke Zero or Diet Pepsi but Coke or Pepsi will also do.

I'm also a tea drinker but please no coffee, or clear pop. (7-up, Squirt etc).
