Our collie thinks the best way to wash the kittens is to hold them down between his paws and lick them til they are soaking wet. Thing is they let him do this!!!!! go figure
Reminds me of giving our Shih Tzu a bath.. he didn't mind but hated getting his face wet. Just like a little kid. Then, after the bath, he'd insist on going out to "dry" himself but rolling all over the concrete driveway.

This was simply too much of a time saver not to share it with you
1. Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.
2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.
3. In one smooth movement put the cat in the toi let and close the lid. You may need to stand on the lid.
4. The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.
5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a 'power-wash' and rinse'.
6.. Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.
7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift the lid.
8. The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, And run outside where he will dry himself off.
9. Both the commode and the cat will be sparkling clean.
Then lazer light show! Totally funny. You would think the cat would remember the water in the tub but it still runs in there after the light. Go figure. lol
Found the cat bath war video kinda gross. lol Why would they bathe a cat that they must know hates water, in a kitchen sink that is to small with clean pots and pans not far away? I'm sure the water has to be splashing up all over and if that's not bad enough they are using flea shampoo so maybe the cat has fleas..in the kitchen sink, next to dishes. eck. lol
Savannah Cats are my favorites. Awesome cats that make wonderful pets. And to stick with the topic, they like water and suppose to be strong swimmers and love the bath.
