Farmers Market in Chilton

The Chilton Farmers Market is held every Friday from 2 p.m.to 6 p.m. at Klinkner Park, located at the corner of Chestnut and Calumet Streets (Hwy. 32/57 and Hwy. 151). The market is open to all people who grow their food locally or who create hand-made (not mass produced) goods. Find various home grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and other items including fresh Amish bakery, soaps, craft items, and jewelry.
The market begins on the first Friday in July, and runs until the end of October, weather permitting.

Yeap and if your in the neck of the woods of Chilton please eat at 7 Angels or the Stage Coach for lunch and take a short drive to Ledgeview Nature Center to journey into a pristine wilderness or to bike the Friendship Recreational Trail.

Same County...just off the sub a bit
In 2003 I did a pig rescue of 7 wild boars in Chilton. I learned fast where the Humane Society was and gained their assistance.
I got the pigs out safe and they stayed in my rescue for a while and then traveled up to Mellon WI before eventually being adopted by one family who heard their story and wanted to keep all the brothers together.
We found a vet in Ashland who neutered everyone for a whole $35.00!!
