Looking for Help Outsourcing Ad Sales

I have a website that I sell ad space on. I don't sell a lot of ad space($5k-$10k? a year), but don't solicit advertisers at all. They generally find me through my organic search listings where I am dominating keywords they are looking for.

I have some run of site ads - a banner and a text link. I also do some content embedded crawl-able text links on individual pages. I am also open to addressing their specific advertising ideas/needs.

I've been thinking of outsourcing ad sales. I am not a "wheeler-dealer" and have had some problems dealing with the people interested in purchasing this ad space. I don't know much about outsourcing this type of thing and was hoping to get some input from my fellow Bubbler business professionals.

Any company recommendations, experiences of your own, tips or other info would be greatly appreciated.

What's the site?

We're experimenting with Local Coupons From Lake Country SuddenValues - each location is a separate 'dealer' and I'm hoping they enjoy enough success with us that we get other Sudden Values people here ~ and that they consider theBubbler as an "add-on" sale.

Of course, we're geographic in our approach ~ besides having categories that match up with different interests.

Please share if you come up with something; I'll do likewise.

The site is my wolfpackpaintballteam com website(won't let me post a link). I currently populate any unsold ad space with relevant affiliate banners/text links.

That site does very well for me with embedded affiliate links in product reviews and articles. I set my ad space pricing with a 2/3 design - so if I can make $40 a month from an ad spot through affiliate marketing, I'll sell the ad space for $60(or another 1/3 of the money). I don't know if that's a common practice or if it's way out.

The SuddenValues thing is an affiliate program? Or a cost per action payout?
