Turkey Trot Participants Raise $22,000 to Save Sight
The 2nd Annual Titletown Turkey Trot drew 250 participants and raised $22,000 to save sight in Northeast Wisconsin on Saturday, November 19, 2005, kicking off the Time Warner Cable Holiday Parade.
Volunteer committee members of the Turkey Trot were: Chairman Russ Schisel, Mike Gotstein, Denise Green, John Yeager, MaryLea Jones, Dan Konop, Earl Jorgensen, Molly DeCleene, and Patty Graul.
The top three pledge collectors included: Dale Johnson, raising $6,362.00, Earl Jorgensen, raising $526.00 and James Elm, collecting $165.00.
All funds raised at the Turkey Trot will support free vision screenings and eye health programs in Northeast Wisconsin.
