Lazy morning brunch !!

Description
Make this the night before. All you have to do is bake it in the morning. **This way you can crawl back to bed and sleep while this bakes !!
Ingredients
  • 2 C. seasoned croutons
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar chesse
  • 11/2 pounds bulk pork sausage (fried).
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 t. mustard (any flavor)
  • 21/2 C milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom (or celery)
  • 1/2 C. milk
Preparation
  1. Spread croutons in 13x9 baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle cheese on top of croutons.
  3. next layer fried pork sausage.
  4. Beat eggs, mustard and milk and pour over sausage.
  5. Mix your soup and 1/2 C. milk together aand pour over casserole. Refrig. over night.
  6. Bake at 300 oven for 1 1/2 hours
Instructions

Question: I see two calls for milk. One is 2 1/2 cups, and the other is 1/2 cup.

Is it that the 2 1/2 cups of milk is to be mixed with the egg and mustard portion of the recipe, and the 1/2 cup of milk gets mixed with the condensed milk?

Looks like an easy recipe. I'll try it next time I have over-night guests.
