this is always a big hit for breakfast meal when my family is visting.
Ingredients
10+ package of Tortillas
1 lb hamburger
dozen eggs
shredded cheese,
can of cream mushroom
small onion, diced
can of black olives, diced or sliced
1 bell pepper,diced
mushrooms, diced or sliced
can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1 teaspoon cajun season
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
No prior preparation is required.
Instructions
cook hamburger in pan till done, drain. add the onion,black olives,bell pepper,mushrooms,tomatoes,parsley,pepper,crushed red peppers,cajun season,garlic powder. mix until blended. Beat eggs in bowl,now add to meat, cook to done. tun off heat, now add the can cream mushroom and the cheese,mix. Spread a thin layer of mix on surface of each tortilla. Fold edges over to enclose filling.
