Do any theBubbler members make their own candles? I've been meaning to for years now! I'm particularly interested in experiences with making soy candles, and where you get your supplies!

Hey Kris10, i used to make alot of my own candles up to about 5 years ago. You can get some of the things at any Hobby Lobby store. Its pretty fun making your own not to mention cheaper. Years ago, I made both candles and soaps. I sold a batch of homemade soap to a local store in WI and they ended up selling and shipping it to Germany...woo hoo...I am international, haha.

Just read a thread on the Bubbler re: making snow globe soaps...sounds like a cute and easy idea for Christmas.
