Difficult question.. most of us don't like being reminded of our regrets..

Wish I'd stayed in the military.. finished college and gotten my degree.. been more supportive of friends and relatives.. wish I'd had more patience with those that needed it.

The problem with regrets is it will be a result of negative thinking about part of your life. Even the bad or wrong paths we may have taken that led up to the regret still has meaning or something to learn from it that helped us make choices later.

I am sure, as many of us, that I have a ton of regrets but I can't look back and dwell on them, but just keep going forward and hope I learned from my mistakes.

Sure there's lots of regrets or mistakes in the past, but can't change the past. You can change the future.

Hehe, well like most people I probably have wasted too much time thinking about regrets or even stupid mistakes or stupid things I said (or didn't say, but should have). Sometimes you get stuck and don't move forward when you should.

There's saying that goes something like this: You can't predict the future, but you can create it.
