my oldest daughter (and I since she's 12) volunteering at the Milwaukee Humane Society
grilling
bike riding with the kids
fresh air
hiking (depending on the bugs)
spending time outdoors with my wife

My grandkids will be out of school next week so I'll get to spend more time with them soon. I always looked forward to school being done with and having my boys home for the summer every year. I don't understand it when I hear parents complaining about school being out and having to have their kids at home every day. They should enjoy every moment they have with them because they don't stay little for very long and they are all grown up before you know it!

Sitting around a campfire last night with some of the best friends ever. I looked at all of them and my daughters that was there also and thought how blessed I was thinking not only of my friends there and daughters but all the good friends and children/grandkids and family members I have.
