I used to stop and get an energy drink before work each night.. seemed to help but I really think alot of the effect is psychological more than physical.
I did see an article yesterday that said kids are dying because of energy drink consumption but I think alot of that is hype and hooie.. not to mention the bad publicity just sells more of the product.
