I know most who like chocolate will say they enjoy it any way they can but do you have a favorite chocolate dish or treat?
I like chocolate ice cream best followed closely by a Snickers bar.. I was never big on chocolate by itself, preferring it to come as or with something else!
Ooo, Ooo, can't forget a good cup of hot chocolate either!

same here, I like it with other things...peanut butter, caramel, nuts, mint. I'm not big into candy, but like my chocolate in homemade desserts. I'd say brownies and chocolate chip cookies are best.
I'm not crazy about dark chocolate because it seems too bitter to me. And they say most women prefer dark chocolate over milk chocolate. Not in my family.
If I'm eating chocolate cake with chocolate filling and chocolate frosting, it seems too "chocolately" to me. I need something to cut the taste like a non-chocolate cream filling or ice cream. Then a glass of milk to wash it down with. Once a lady I was talking to wanted to know what I meant by something being too chocolately. I guess I mean too rich, too sweet or overwhelmingly chocolate.
Ok, now I want some brownies. No nuts to ruin those. Just pure fudgy brownies.
Like sprinkles on your ice cream? Here's the scoop on chocolate jimmies:
Interesting seeing how they are made. I sometimes put chocolate jimmies in warm vanilla or banana pudding. I like how it melts in there. This also works with chocolate chips.
I love shows like Unwrapped and have met the host of that show at a casino in Kansas City..

I bet if they named it a chocolate tart you wouldn't give it a second thought. Pizza crust is plain tasting, so you can put just about anything on it.
I'd try the chocolate pizza although it looks overly sweet. I'd need milk with that. Do they have beer at the end of that video? Now beer doesn't go with sweet well.
I tried the chocolate cheese and it just reminded me of fudge. I didn't notice anything cheesy about, which is what I was expecting. I was a little disappointed, especially since it was expensive.
My favorite chocolate food item is my home made chocolate cake with cooked fudge frosting! Talk about a chocolate fix!
I also keep a bag of dark chocolate Dove squares around and I try to have one every day. They said on the show "The Doctors" that dark chocolate is good for you because it increases endorphins and makes you feel better plus it has antioxidants in it. That's a good enough reason for me to eat chocolate.

I have a recipe for making fudge in the microwave using Velvetta Cheese and chocolate chips. You can't tell the cheese is in it but the fudge stays creamy and you can keep it for months in the fridge.

Where did you buy it from? Maybe it's different at different places. It does taste alot like fudge but not quite so sweet and a bit different texture I think.

Sounds like it may be too good to last months in the fridge. I think it would disappear way to quickly.
Does that mean the rest of us don't get to try it? [puts back cheese and chocolate chips]
You're so funny Dave!
Oh, I was wrong about the chocolate chips...you actually use cocoa powder not chocolate chips. I hadn't made it for a couple years and forgot what was in it. I guess you could say that I had a "senior" moment.
Grrr.. chocolate chips I have, cocoa powder I don't.. unless you can substitute hot chocolate mix

It came from Sendik's, I think. I saw it at Brennan's and it looked the same. I was thinking it would be more like the hardness of cheddar cheese with chocolate added. It was soft like fudge.
Ok, ok.. if you knew how many snack items are in my kitchen cupboards.. well, what am I supposed to do? Just throw them away? And I ate only healthy foods from the Chinese buffet today.. lots of sushi and salad items. I even bought fish oil capsules earlier..
What I really need is a diuretic as most of my weight is water weight.. last time the doc put me on HCTZ, I lost 35 pounds in 2 weeks. I take HCTZ now, but it's a half dose mixed with Lisinopril for my BP.
