Actually, I never crave pie or even want to eat any. The only time I look forward to it is at Thanksgiving or Christmas and then it's only for pumpkin pie. One piece and then I'm all set until next year.
mmmm pie. Lots of good pies. Didn't we discuss pie in a couple of threads? I'll take it if it's a pudding, fruit, meringue, fluffy mousse filling or meat filling. It can be graham cracker, traditional crust or cookie crust. It just can't contain coconut. I'll take a slice of each.
LOL, Cindy. Sometimes you think like me. That might make me feel better. Somehow I twisted in the chair wrong at work and have this sharp pain in my left side ever since. Funny how that stuff can happen so easy.

It's called getting older! I can be walking in the store and just twist my ankle and it will hurt like the dickens for days!
BTW...I had two Amaretto on the rocks last night. Or would it be considered four since they were double shots? I will probably have one again tonight since it helped me sleep so well last night.
I had a Tom and Jerry last night. Waaah, the Tom and Jerry mix is almost gone. Won't be able to get it until around Christmas time. I'm weird in that I like to eat a scoop of the batter plain before putting it in my glass of hot water and booze.
It might be getting older, probably more like being out of shape. There goes my plans tonight to meet with the exercise machines.
It's not always an age thing...it can be stress to. I remember back when my now 14 year old was in diapers and I just simply bent to pick up the diaper off the floor when I dropped it. I was really stressed at the time (long story) and I ended up with back spasms for several weeks. The doctor told me it was a combination of bending the wrong way and the stress I was under that caused my muscles to spasm out. Not fun.
Moral of this story... don't pick up diapers off the floor! lol
Speaking of pie, I have a friend who owns a bakery near Gays Mills called the Apple'licious Pie Depot. She runs it with her mom and sister and they make the best tasting pies ever! You can buy a whole pie from the many varieties they have or you can buy just one slice. The best thing in the place though is their apple pizza...it is to die for! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
I'd like to check out Gina's Pies Are Square in Wilton when we do the bike trail sometime. It's only a block from the bike trail up there. The tiny town of Wilton is where my grandpa was born.
