Krystal has been begging us for a guinea pig ever since she saw one at the local flea market.. alas, our lease won't allow it so we went on a quest for alternatives and found that this year's hottest toy might just be a quintet of mechanical hamsters known as Zhu-Zhu Pets.. take a look at what they can do (if you can find one in stock, that is):
Looking at those videos (in retrospect), it looks like those kids spend a little bit of time redirecting those toys to where they're supposed to go.. seems to me that would be frustrating if they don't perform as expected.
This is so weird! How come I can post here but not in the Daily Chit Chat post? I've been trying to post there for some time and it says "the token has expired"...what's that mean?

Neighbor girls got some of these.. I don't think they ever played with them past the first day or two..
I got one for my 5 year old granddaughter's birthday along with the wheel for it to run in. She was excited about it but liked the Barbie doll even better. However, I'm sure her sister and brother will play with the Zhu Zhu since they both have been wanting one.
Cute but just another ploy to get kids to want somethiing and the parents to run out and buy it only to land in the top of the heap of boring toys in a few weeks... or less.
Exactly.. every toy Misty and I bought for the girls this past Christmas? No longer played with or broken.. there's alot of $$$ down the drain.
