We have our own service business so I have many jobs. I am the bookkeeper, the secretary, the receptionist, and general laborer at times although I try to avoid the last one as much as possible since I don't like to go out on the jobs and get dirty.
I think almost all jobs have stress of some kind or another. I tend to get especially stressed out when I have to deal with customers who haven't paid their bills as they can get kind of rude at times. I've even had some that have sworn at me over the phone so I just hang up on them and promptly turn their account over to collection.
I've found that the best way to relieve stress if my job is really getting to me is to go do something I enjoy. Some times it's as simple as going for a drive. Other times it may take as much as going to the casino to get the full relief I need. LOL
Being self employed has it's pros and cons but if it weren't for having our own business I wouldn't have been able to go to all the programs my son participated in at school or help chaperon class trips to New York and Canada. I never missed one event. So, I guess I can't complain too much.
