What are some of your pet peeves?
What annoys you beyond belief?

I have a list a mile long... I'd like to hear what pet peeves others have...

There is a thread here somewhere on pet peeves. You might have to dig a bit, but I remember such a thing.

Here are a few of mine

drivers who don't use a turn signal

people who use their speaker phones in public!

bad table manners, like passing gas at the dinner table, chewing with their mouth open etc... that drives me nuts!

when people don't wash their hands after using the bathroom... ever see this in a public restroom? disgusting!

when people take up 2 parking spaces in an already overcrowded lot.

when people smack their gum repeatedly... so annoying!

kids being naughty in public & the parents being passive about it... especially in a restaurant!

skinny jeans on men... so not attractive!

BO... no one wants to smell that, do something about it! I know if i can smell you, so can you!

Ok that's just some of mine, i could go on & on... lol

I figured there was one but nothing came up in a search... so i figured starting a new one wouldn't hurt (even if there is another somewhere), since we have so many new members.

About the skinny jeans: tight in the rearend is good, but not in the pant leg, needs to be a bit more loose. I like to see the buns...what can I say? LOL. I can't stand the huge jeans with crotch down to the ankles either.

My husband tapping on everything in sight. The fidgeting drives me nuts.

People with bad cell phone manners. Talking loudly in public or arguing. Talking in movie theater or at a table in restaurant. Checking cell phone every 5 min. when you're with others. Most of the time it's not that important.

I don't like when the azz hangs down on jeans either. My son dresses in the baggy jeans that show the boxers, it should be a kid faze if at all & grown men should dress as such... grown. BUT i agree, them skinny jeans down the legs annoy me, not attractive.

My son does the tapping as well, his fingers or foot... sooooo annoying! he always has & he knows that when i look at his hand or foot as its tapping, he best stop cuz im annoyed lol

YES when someone starts texting when you are right there or having a conversation with them or in the line at the store or worse yet still sitting still after the light turns green, because the car in front of me is too busy texting or whatever to notice the light is no longer red./.. annoying!

I don't think I was here when the other posts were done before, so thanks for starting a new one!

I AGREE 100% with everything on your list Latina! LOL

I especially think those baggy jeans that hang down to the knees in the crotch area are ridiculous. I'm glad my boys never wanted to wear them!

Other pet peeves of mine are:

Rude people! Especially clerks in stores.

Someone who thinks they are right ALL the time!

People who lie or cheat or steal!

Telemarketers!

People who think the world revolves around them!

People who think that everything should be handed to them on a silver platter and they shouldn't have to work for it!

People who continually ask your advice and still do the opposite of what you suggest every single time!

Men who treat women like they don't know anything!

And my biggest pet peeve:

People who are prejudice! I won't even waste my time talking to someone who is!

I have to tell you something about your last post. It may seem that only certain people are prejudiced, but here's something I learned in my psych class. We are all prejudiced in one way or another. We just never admit it about ourselves. I guess it's just part of being human and some sure like to talk about it more than others.

I agree with those on your list as well & would also have to agree with blue that we are all prejudice in some way, however racism is another story & i dislike racism.

I raced cars when I was younger (what a rush), got some tickets and totaled a Hot Mustang i owned. I grew up, don't speed, wear my seat belt (did then too) and follow the rules of the road not because I have to but because I want to.

I hate hatred!!

It also irks me when you do a search for something and then when you click on the link, it links to place that you must click a link to find what you ran the search on. Sometimes it takes many more clicks before you actually find what you were searching for and sometimes I get so annoyed and bored with the whole click click thing I just drop my search. Then I come back to theBubbler.

While driving, nothing annoys you, about other drivers?
Doesn't bother you when people have unruly kids, in public places?

Well, when they air reruns over and over on TV that bugs me. It doesn't bother me too long because I change the channel or hop on the internet and forget about it.

I hate the constant annoying digital overlays on tv.. I pay for cable.. why are there even commercials? And why do they block half the picture with info about upcoming shows, etc?

We ended up dropping cable because every month the bill was a different amount. That's a pet peeve I would say. People are dropping cable around here very quickly. I'm seeing lots of satellite dishes around the neighborhood. We still keep Charter for our internet service, but that's it.
