Surgeons find tree growing in man's lung

Bizarre news story about a man that went in for surgery on his lung because x-rays showed a tumor. Surgeons found a tree growing in his lung. The man had been working in the yard and inhaled a seed that sprouted. Talk about strange. How did that tree grow without sunlight?

Medical staff believe that Mr Sidorkin somehow inhaled a seed, which later sprouted into a small fir tree inside his lung.

That's crazy! as you said, no sunlight & it was growing as if that seed was planted.. strange!

If he drank gin, no one would ever smell it on his breath. He could just say it was the tree in his lung that smelled that way.
