When i worked for visa/mc/discover as a phone rep & i had to tell people to call back, i'd tell them the "get through quick" phone number (against policy) that was meant for bankers & bank reps... for those phone lines (certain banks) that didn't offer a "get through quick line" i'd tell them to press 0000# when it asked for a card number, the machine couldn't direct their call to the next auto system & would put them through to a rep... i hate waiting & dealing with those auto lines, so i felt their pain!
