I been backstabbed by a few female friends in my time, male friends have never done that to me... as long as i keep them as friends & don't date them, they tend to remain cool lol

Very true, As far as my comment, i didn't mean "lying" when i said i been backstabbed.

Simply confiding in people who you think you can trust & the next thing you know others know your personal info.

Example: Told my (ex) friend that i suspected my then boyfriend was cheating & told her the reasons that made me feel this way, so i cried on the shoulder of someone who i THOUGHT was a friend. I had already confronted him & he smooth talked his way out of it, however i still had my doubts... He called her later that day to ask if she had seen me (my phone was off), she told him i had these doubts & why... when i next seen him he flipped out because i confided in my friend & he knew every word i had told her... she turned out to NOT be a good friend after all aka backstabber.

I had a friend that lied all the time and I would always catch her, but she'd end up telling more lies to cover it up or try to anyway.

Oh i knew you were lol i was just clarifying mine because i realized it came off as wrong lol

I knew & still know people who do that... some being family.
