Good At Math?

Pk did your son give you the answer or are you a math wiz & that's where he gets it?

In high school we were given two choices for math. Either 2 years of general math or 1 year of algebra. I wanted to get it over with as quickly as I could so I opted for 1 year algebra. Wow, I hated that class! As I said before, letters and numbers should not mix! lol

My son actually just sat down and had it done in a matter of minutes. My daughter is pretty good to and said the correct answer but changed her mind, think she over analyzed it instead. lol

Definitely my son did not get his love of math from me.

I had to take a year of algebra and a year of geometry. I did terrible in algebra..lots of C's and a few D's for grades. I tried, but just didn't get it. Geometry I didn't do too bad in. It dealt with shapes and I got that part.

I had to take a semester of math for my degree. I actually ended up with a 99% for a grade. I did tell you I was bad at math, right? I think it helped because we got to use calculators. Also, as an adult you try harder. I probably don't remember half of what we learned anymore, even though it was just 2007 when I took it.
