I play the same exact lotto numbers twice a week here in Florida, have been doing that since 1995. I have won 5 of 6 TWICE! I always worry that if I miss buying it ONCE, that will be the day it hits.........
The most I ever won was in 1996, 5 of 6 lotto numbers, for around $4,500 I think. (pre-tax)
Won $100 yesterday on a new scratch off, try not to play those too much though.
Florida gets POWER BALL starting this week! Yippie!!!!!!!
We have alot of Casinos about a 2-hour drive from here, in MS. All of them are in Biloxi and Gulfport on barges. (Illegal in FL) I have been a few times when I go to a concert at a Casino......but I am afraid to gamble too much. I do the quarter and nickel slots usually. ALWAYS win though!!! ha ha!!! Spend $50, earn over $400 every time so far. Maybe it's FEAR that helps me win, or, I know when to quit! I can't sit long enough to lose the money all over again!
I am not really into the atmosphere there too, the noise drives me nuts.....ding ding ding.....ARG!
I want to take tamed there on her next visit though! I think we would have a blast!

.....just another day in Paradise
I love the casinos in Tunica, MS.. have never been to those in Gulfport or Biloxi. Last time we went to Tunica, I took $200 and played on that all week plus we got our room and meals comped on all but the last day we were there.
I usually play the slots, 25 cent machines, 50 or 75 cents at a time. If I'm doing well have played up to the $5 slots. The most I've ever hit on a single spin is $250. Still waiting to hit an actual "jackpot".. have been sitting next to people who have.
I used to go to Atlantic City and loved it.. have never been to Las Vegas.
Did anyone buy a Powerball? $90 million plus tonight!
The most I've ever won on the lottery was on the Win-4 in NY. We won $13,000 once and $2800 several times.
I usually walk in with between $40 and $80 and don't count my winnings until I leave.. manyy times I've been up over $400 on a machine only to spend it back in but I've also come home many times to the good. I enjoy the play and the atmosphere. I never go with money I can't afford to lose (i.e., my bills are paid).
I made my neighbor buy a Powerball ticket the other day and he won $3 last night on it so he was feeling good..
One person in Indiana won the $162 million this Saturday (Powerball).. I hope they make it count for something. A single person or even a family doesn't need that kind of money.
I won $7 in last Wednesday's Powerball. Bought $3 worth of plays and won $7. Pocketed my original $3, bought $4 worth of plays for the Saturday drawing and didn't win a thing.
The most i've ever won on the slots was at DeJope (Madison casino). I won $1100 last summer (on a 2 cent machine), i have won there other times as well... $264 once on my first dollar played, one night i left $440 ahead & many times within $100-$300 ahead... That;s been over the last 2-3 years, however since a few months ago i really haven't gone to the casino at all.
Ever since my kids were little i've bought them scratch off's., started when they were small (3 & 5 yrs old) i bought them scratch offs every payday on my way home from work & it just went on to be a reg thing over the yrs... they seldom win much more than a few dollars to $10 from them. though my daughter once won $100 off of one.
I used to go to the casino near the Wisconsin Dells at least once or twice a month until they switched from coin to paper pay out. It seems like the machines don't pay out as much anymore....now I go maybe every three or four months if that. I usually play in the high stakes room there and five years ago I won $34,000 in one year but nothing quite so big since. I was there with my sisters last week and I won $600 on the Wheel of Fortune slots. Last year, I won $1,300 on my birthday at the boat in Marquette, Iowa but we only go there about once or twice a year.
As far as the Power Ball goes, I won $100 twice over the last several years but I don't play it very often at all.
We went to Las Vegas about 15 years ago and lost about $3,000. I wasn't too impressed with the casinos, but I liked the shows and getting to visit Hoover Dam.
It's only fun when you win. So now, I've taken to mostly playing the slots on my computer where it doesn't cost anything and you win more often.
I prefer real coin to paper pay myself.. lugging around a bucket or two of dollar coins can be fun!
I've played the Wheel of Fortune slots a few times but not much. My favorite slots are Lucky Leprechaun and Royal Reels and I usually start at 50 cents a spin and move up to $5 a spin if I'm doing well.
I have a paid membership at Pogo.com and play the slots and Texas Holdem there.. Pogo has cash prizes but the most I've ever won there was a $25 gift card.
I also like going to Moolah.com..
Haven't even checked my Powerball ticket from last night yet.. want to daydream a bit more first!

Paper pay is definitely convenient, but hearing the real (not simulated) sound of coins hitting the payout tray is a bonus to me. Cha-ching!
Seeing my GF's face when we met up at the casino and I had 3 and a half buckets of coins and she had a handful was priceless
It's all paper pay around here, excepting two hours away in Kansas City (and even some of those machines were converting to paper) or 8 hours away in Tunica.

Of those on the list I've only been to the Ho Chunk Casino in the Wisconsin Dells. I've been there so often that some of the workers and I are on a first name basis. LOL But that's part of what makes it fun to go there. A friend of mine worked there about 8 years ago and she would tell me what part of the casino the machines were paying out the best in at that moment. She was just a floor walker and you could figure the same thing out if you walked around and looked for yourself. After she quit there, that's what I did before I started playing the slot machines. Now it doesn't work that way anymore. They changed the way the computers hit so they are more scattered throughout the casino and they pay out lots less.
When we were on a genealogy research trip to Green Bay several years back we played some slot machines in a couple of gas stations around there. I assume they must have been owned by the tribes?
I won on my Powerball ticket the last two times I played: $4 one time and $3 the next! Better than nothing!
Good for you Dave! I only buy Power Ball tickets if I've had good luck at the casino...and then I make sure I buy one that same day. I've won $100 twice on PB that way. One of the times was when I won $12,000 at Ho Chunk in a half an hour (3 jackpots on the SAME machine), then $100 on PB that night and then $50 on a raffle ticket from the school. It was my lucky day! Sure wish I had more days like that one!
On your list i have visited Oneida Bingo & Casino, Potawatomi & Rainbow Casino However I've gone more to those not on that list... most often dejope in Madison & Ho Chunk in the Dells.
I haven't hit anything respectable in 1 or 2 yrs now, was coming home $400-$500 ahead for a bit there.. the best night I had with Misty was just over $200.. of course, I was usually the one staking the bets so it's hard to win for two people..
My ex-GF Cindy has hit jackpots a few times in the last year or two.
