Re: what irks me today
I used to work for Amer. Fam. so I know how wonderful insurance is. That's a sarcastic wonderful btw. Insurance isn't there to help you, but rather, to see how much money they can save themselves. This is how they make their money. Sad, but true. They work for themselves, not you.
I have other things that irk me today. It's been slow at work lately. My boss called to tell me not to come in today because there wasn't enough work. I asked her about the other designer, if she had work. My boss said that the other designer is our employee, so she has some work to do. Well, then what am I to them? I know this job is for my internship, but they said when they interviewed me that they wanted someone to stay beyond that. They also said they would train me on other stuff, because the boss's wife wanted to cut her hours in half. I think I need to sit down with them next week and get some answers. Anyway, I was pretty upset about that comment before. I know it's not me, because they are happy with my work.
Sorry, to be such a whiner, but I'm not a happy camper right now.
