some recent postings have seemed to hit me the wrong way.
I am not going to point them out but instead would rather post some of stoneys thoughts.

stoneyisms and random thoughts

everyone has a story
everyone has a past
some actions speak better of us
some actions don't
we usually live to regret our mistakes
and adjust to not repeat it again
when we point our finger in judgment at others
remember!!!
three finger point back at ourselves
if we hang that albatross of guilt on others
someday it will come to roost on our own neck
blame and shame hold us in bondage
acceptance and forgiveness releases us to freedom
sarcasm and insult hold us back from growth
each and everyday is a new beginning for on and all
may we ALL have a new day today


sometimes I'm a hawk
sometimes I'm a dove
but it doe not always
have to be that
push comes to shove
your mind and a parachute
are very much alike
unless they are open
you wouldn't enjoy the flight




when emotions flair, and tempers rise
back off or you might be surprised
everyone needs to have their say
but that doesn't mean you own the day
say it once , say it was grace
don't try to put anyone one in their place
if you repeat what you have written
to change a mind
you have lost your focus
your attempt to control has made you blind

Here, Here. That is so true. I know that I have been guilty of many of these things and every day I try to better my self and become a better person.
No one is perfect and every one has regrets from time to time but the true challenge is to be able to forgive and make up . Then move on and enjoy all that life has to offer.
