Hollywood has explored the possibility of a black president many times over the years.. I think James Earl Jones in The Man (1972) may have been one of the first.

I think Palin might appoint herself Senator from Alaska after one of the current senators, convicted felon Ted Stevens, and make a run for the White House. No doubt the Republican Party is grooming her for the job. She still has some "rough edges" to hammer down/file off.

wow, James Earl Jones looks so young in the movie.
What's so interesting about him, is that he stuttered as a child and spoke very little. He took acting lessons to help get over his stuttering. It's so hard to believe it, because he has such a great voice.

First movie i recall seeing him in was Dr. Strangelove, Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb. He was a crew member on one of the bombers.
