Do You Email Drunk? Google Goggles To The Rescue!

Ever come home after a bad day and a few drinks and send off an email you've later regretted while a bit tipsy?

No? Me neither.. but in case you do, Google has a new "Google Goggles" feature that you can set in your Gmail settings that will require you to solve a few simple math problems before sending your missive.

LOL when I first read this I thought..oh I don't drink so I don't have to worry about that. WRONG..It's not just drinking you have to worry about! I have a habit to stay up late and have to watch what I say on forums or when sending an email. I was up late one night and was emailing back and forth to a friend of mine when I fell asleep... I still sent an email in my sleep to her! lol

It went something on the order of:...lk;jwoi20[24u 2[ru ieannnnnnnnnnnnnnxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxpppppppppppp ..well you get the idea. But I actually sent it. Boy was my face red when she told me about it the next day! lol

The later it gets, the more apt I am to do dumb things.. I once accidentally deleted the wrong folder on my hard drive and only after I hit "SHRED", did I realize that it was my Videos folder

BTW, Mike.. I wish all answering machines had a "Confirm" feature where you had to call back 5 mins later to confirm you actually meant to leave that stupid message in the first place.
