My oldest daughter is a fantastic cook...but even she made some muffins one time that I couldn't even fake liking them. lol lol They were beautiful looking but nasty to eat....(oh, I hope she doesn't read this!)
My daughter can make some of the best Mac N Cheese I've ever had. I'm not even allowed to make it any more. I dont know what she does, but her's turns out and mine usually ends up gonig to the pigs.
Being a single guy living alone, I've learned to cook some really weird conconctions when that's all that's in the cupboard. Luckily most of it comes out tasting pretty good!

How about some of that stuff they have to eat in the one food competion they usually have which consists of eating something still moving......
If I ever made it that far on Survivor, I'd defonatly lose there.
Survivor Pearl Islands was probably my all time favorite
Rupert, Johnny Fairplay.....
Fairplay pulled the ultimate low. It was all preplanned and if friends were allowed to come for a challenge Johnny & the friend set everyone up.
And it happened....the TV audience, the cast of the show, Probst...everyone felt horrible. Johnny asks the buddy "Man how's gramma doing" and the buddy reponse all teared up "You didn't hear? Gramma died"
I know I felt bad for the guy..his gramma died while he was in Peal Islands.
All the Survivors agreed Johnny and the friend should take the reward and spend time together because of gramma's death
BUT at home GRAMMA bout fell off her chair!! She was alive and well and we didn't even learn of this until the end of the show when all the players were brought back in.

I've got a story for you. Someone I know ate at an Asian restaurant where he ordered these tiny live shrimp. They were served in a sauce containing alcohol to make the shrimp drunk and keep them from moving around. The waitress told him that he must chew the shrimp thoroughly to keep them from trying to climb back up his throat later on. EWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

I doctor most everything I eat.. opened a can of chili tonight for a quick meal, added some breakfast patties for that "Wendy's Effect" and a touch of sugar to cut the acid.
My mom made a sweet chili so good that one guy would come into the restaurant when he was in the area and buy the entire pot of it to take home.
