I just don't get it. All I am asking is for some help to learn content management software called Joomla.

What I am getting is no return phone calls and crap said like learn it yourself.

When I went to school there where teachers and now I find no one wants to do a little training...

I'm always impressed when people have the patience to learn (or teach) such things.

I once did computer hardware/software support for about a year and never swore so much in my life.

I don't know your requirements but I have played with Easysite in the past and found it pretty nice. Don't know how it would compare to Joomla tho.
