Hey guys. I just thought I would share some news. No...I am not expecting. :-) (if I was there would be a doctor getting sued). But my business is now official. I obtained a FEIN number, sellers permit and now my Web Site got officially launched last night. Please, check it out. I think it turned out awesome. The name of my business is called Finned Friends.

Finned Friends Aquatic Rescue & Angelfish Breeding

Have any fish friends, please share the news. This is very exciting for me and the next step in hopes to be successful. It has been a long hard journey and now I get into the fun part.....MARKETING. Did I say fun? I mean....kind of scary.

I just have one question I was wondering about....I see you sell from your site, can the fish actually be shipped?

Thanks PK. Fish can be shipped, however I don't offer that yet. I am not comfortable yet with the whole shipping thing, but I think that will be a lot of my sales, so I better get over being Unsure if I can do it. Again, it means a lot to me to be able to share this experience with my online friends.

Kelly, what tips do you have for moving fish? We have to move our Oscar, pleco, two clown loaches and a small catfish to our new house this month. We'll have the tank ready at the new house, but what can we do to prevent shock on the way over? The car ride will be under a half-hour.

I'm sure others could benefit on your advice on how to move fish too. Maybe you should start a forum topic in the pet section on fish care and health tips and also post your website on the bottom of it with your name after each tip too?

Thanks everyone for the ideas. I will have to start something. I am not an expert, but know enough that maybe it can benefit someone at some point in time. I am awaiting for one last thing to be added to the front page of my site. Seeing I am not computer literate enough to add it myself.

But I saw on Kristen's site about the puppy mills. So I just have to add that to mine. I feel the more publicity it can get from anywhere in the world, maybe it will help stop them. I wish the girl would get it on there for me.

ok...opinions needed. She added the puppy mill link to my homepage, right under the Petfinder link. She did email me and say that she thinks it is a little much for the homepage. I would think something of this importance should go on the homepage. But does it make my homepage look to "busy" or "cluttered" now with that stuff on there? Please shoot me your ideas. Thanks.

I don't think it looks cluttered; it fits with the Petfinder box. Now if that box had 10 things in it, I'd consider that cluttered!

Thanks Kristen. I guess one more question...do you think that should be something that belongs in the links link? I had one person mention that it kind of takes away from what I am supposed to offering with the fish rescue and breeding having it on the home page.
