Wednesday September 19th 2007 is Talk Like a Pirate Day! Talk Like a Pirate Day only comes once a year (on September 19th), this year it falls on a Wednesday. A few years ago we had a pirate day here at work. We all dressed up as pirates, played pirate games, and ate pirate grub. Afterwards we went to see Pirates of the Caribbean.
That was a fun day! But then any day is a fun day when I get to see Johnny Depp!
I spoke like a pirate for a brief momment on the 19th of September. It made me crave sea water. I stepped into the hallway of this apartment building, and said,
"ARRRRRR.....Well Shiver Me Timbers". I think this was appropiate, and should cover me until next year.
