Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Banana Bread
Ingredients
  • listed
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 8x4 loaf pans with cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Cream together in large bowl
  2. 4 ripe bananas
  3. 1/3 c. honey
  4. ½ c. chunky peanut butter
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla
  7. ½ c. brown sugar
  8. Mix together in separate bowl
  9. 1 ½ c. flour
  10. ½ tsp baking soda
  11. 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  12. pinch of salt
  13. 2 tsp cinnamon
  14. ½ tsp ginger
  15. 1 ½ c oatmeal
  16. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Divide between the 2 loaf plans and bake for 45 min. – 1 hour.
  17. Let set in pans for 10 min. remove bread from pans and cool on a rack.

Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Banana Bread

Cream together in large bowl

2 tsp cinnamon

Think I will have to try this one when baking this winter. (I have not yet turned my oven on since may)....but this sounds really yummy.
