Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Banana Bread

Cream together in large bowl
4 ripe bananas
1/3 c. honey
½ c. chunky peanut butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. brown sugar

Mix together in separate bowl
1 ½ c. flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
1 ½ c oatmeal

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Divide between the 2 loaf plans and bake for 45 min. – 1 hour.

Let set in pans for 10 min. remove bread from pans and cool on a rack.

Think I will have to try this one when baking this winter. (I have not yet turned my oven on since may)....but this sounds really yummy.
