I am finishing up a textile collection called "Gypsy".

Inspiration is not part of this one - I am only putting together existing pieces to create something else. It is a bit of a physical effort doing this. The raw materials are not admirable, and the lint is annoying but in some way I believe it will improve over time, after it is admired for a while.

It is already happening that a piece has transformed into something else much more attractive than anyone...

Just add this to my list of memberships to the best companies. This one is organic foods - actual foods, like cheese, meats, veggies online! I started a group on this subject to share sources like this, and this is the first one.

Until I was 8 I thought I was Episcopalian like my mother. When I found out I had actually been baptized Lutheran like my father, I found a nearby church and went to Sunday school there. Out of 4 kids I was the only one who went. I woke my dad up so he would take me and I loved it! I was an active member for the next 30 years - Sunday school teacher, summer Bible camp counselor, etc. but never got into Evangelism. It was more about helping others in a group and kids having a healthy up bringing....
