No News. Traders Eye Auction
7/7/09 Mortgage Backed Securities are flat this morning. There is no high impact economic data being released until next Tuesday. There is a 35 billion 3 year bond auction today at noon. That should do well and fuel MBS purchases. The amount of bonds being auctioned is down from the last couple of auctions. We have earnings starting this week Wednesday. We will be carefully watching the outlook of these companies. We normal see lower volumes this week as investors take summer vacations.
