Thousand Island Meatloaf

Time: 45 min Difficulty: Moderate Serving Size: N/A	Description If you like the Big Mac at McDonalds you are sure to love this. I got the idea when I found I had ran out of eggs.
Ingredients
1-pound ground beef crackers crushed thousand island salad dressing chopped onion (desired amount) chopped pickles (desired amount) any flavor shredded cheese you like
Preparation
No prior preparation is required.
Instructions
Place the ground beef into a large bowl for mixing, add crackers and salad dressing until desired consistancy. then add pickles and onions and mix all together. next take the meat and flatten it out on the counter to about 1 1/2 inches thick. spread the shredded cheese and then roll the meat like you would a jellyroll. place into a greased baking dish. If you like a topping on your meatloaf I have taken crushed crackers and mixed thousand island dressing and placed on top of meatloaf and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 min.
