Phillies vs. Brewers at Miller Park early Aug...
Wow!
Game 2 kind of Super Thrilling!
My youngest was at the game and has a new fondness for baseball.
Great hitting, great defensive efforts. A real exciting game to watch. Must have been amazing at the park. Even the announcers didn't believe they'd ever heard a louder crowd at Miller Park.
Game 2 win following a game 1 win over the Phillies yesterday.
Can you say, "SWEEP"?

Brewers are winning. Uecker just mentioned the audaciousness of last nights crowd. Another sweep would be a good deal for the "Brew Crew".
6-1 in the 6th.
Looks like the Brewers are heading for a repeat of their '82 season. A 25 year anniversary shot at another pennant.
Nice to see them on top of the Central, with 2 wins more than the 2nd place Chicago Cubs...just .009 of a percentage point.

WHAT HAPPENED?
I step away from the radio broadcast of the game, and The Phillies score 5 runs in one inning!...this has me perplexed.
The 9th inning ends with a tied game at 6 apiece. Extra innings always make me hyper. Good to have medication on hand.
I like to keep up with the game while listening to the radio, video on the television, with the sound muted, and using the Brewers website.

The standings for the central division list The Milwaukee Brewers at the top with 60 wins and 52 losses. A PCT of .536. The Chicago Cubs follow with a record of 58 wins and 52 losses.The Cubs PCT. of .527.

I must say, I agree with the vast majority of Captain Yost. Being as it is past the all star break, the team should have it's ship together.
Let's watch as they head into the "Mile High City". How about we all focus some of our ch'i on them, and take it from there.
