art and craft supplies?

Where is the best place to purchase art/craft supplies? Wholesale? In quantity?

I know many people purchase through Oriental Trading and that's great but I remember a place you could buy lace, buttons, quilt material, etc at great deals. I think it was Sew Bee? or Sew something...anyone know of this place?

Any other bead place at wholesale, or craft outlets? Yarn wholesale companies?

With the understanding of this thread being an antique, I still wish to input words to it...

My question is I am wishing to do modeling as a way of mentoring... The question I have is where can i find models at the wholesale prices...

I do pickup as many as I can at yard sales, but with the price of gas I am going to be limited on the amount of travel I can do...

Any ideas...
