We found this interesting place in the middle of
WI. There are large dinosaurs, huge spiders and turtles, dogs and odd looking fish, frogs and birds and a number of other critters made from metal. If you're lucky to visit when the owner and artist Clyde is there, he'll show you around and have lots of humorous stories to tell about his creations. He's quite the joker. His wife Nancy does glass blowing and fiber sculpting. Their African Grey parrot was at the shop making his microwave beeping and trucking backing up noises. He was a character as well.
Jurustic Park has been featured in Weird Wisconsin and a number of other publications and websites. Clyde jokingly said, now why would this place be in Weird Wisconsin? This place reminds me a lot of another
WI fave of mine, Dr. Evermore's Forevertron sculpture park near Baraboo. That's another free to visit place.
Clyde came up to us and said he only has one rule about taking photos and that's that I don't include something as ugly as this (my husband) in the pictures. What a clown that guy is.
It's free to visit and you can purchase sculptures for your garden or buy some of the glass jewelry and ornaments that Nancy makes.
