Fresh Salmon Spread

Description
This is a spread that is put on crackers. It's easy and taste really good.
Ingredients
  • cream cheese
  • scallions
  • fresh smoked salmon
Preparation
  1. 2 blocks of cream cheese softened
  2. 1 bundle of scallions
  3. 1 to 2 cups of fresh smoked salmon
Instructions
  1. Let the cream cheese get to be room tempature. Chop scallions (onions) and break off smoked salmon from bones. Mix together till well mixed. Place the mixture on a sheet of wax paper in the shape of a log, refrigerate. After it hardens up a little place on a clean sheet of wax paper and roll up to cover. You can roll the log in walnut, if desired. When you're ready to eat just bring it out for a little bit and spread on crackers.
